Senior Fitness Services

Senior fitness sessions can be done individually or in a group setting. Group fitness classes can be done in 30 or 45 minute sessions and we supply all the exercise equipment (except chairs).

We are educated, certified and trained to work with a variety of populations over the age of 65. Participants in our classes vary in age from 65 to 100. Our classes range in size, with some classes exceeding 30 participants.

We currently work with multiple senior living communities in the Cleveland area and Train 2U is a member of Eldercare Professionals of Ohio.

  • Provide a gentle approach in helping seniors improve their balance, coordination, flexibility, posture, and strength.
  • Utilize functional training techniques to increase range of movement for activities of daily living.
  • Implement balance and strengthening techniques for fall prevention.
  • Teach exercise movements specific to seniors to assist in chronic disease prevention.
